Chief Ogo-Oluwa Bankole - Chairman

Chief Bankole attended the Yaba Technical College and later the University of Lagos where he graduated with an Honours degree in Business Administration. He also had Technical training in Paint production with ICI Paints Division in Slough and Stowmarket, England. He has worked in various capacities in the Paint industry in Nigeria which include CAP Plc from 1967 – 1977 where he rose from the position of Laboratory Assistant to Head of Production and Colour Laboratory. He later joined African Paints as the first Production Manager from where he resigned to establish Premier Paints Plc in 1982.

He has attended various courses both at local and international levels. He is a Director of other Companies and immediate past Chairman of Manufacturers Association of Nigeria, Ogun State Chapter. He is also the Founder and Chairman of Mercyland International School, Abeokuta, ogun State. He is happily married with children.

 

Mr. Bhadmus Abudu (B.Sc, ACTI, FCA) – Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer

Bhadmus joined Premier Paints as Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer in January, 2013. The Business Administration graduate of University of Lagos is a Fellow of the prestigious Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.

Bhadmus brings to his job a strong background as business manager in various industries with considerable experience in Finance, Business Development & Planning, Business Strategy, Customer Relations and Supply Chain Management spanning over 20 years in corporate organizations including GlaxoSmithKline Nigeria, Nigerian Bottling Company Plc and Mouka Limited (an investee company of Actis LLP - a Private Equity Company). He has attended several training courses locally and internationally.

In his spare time, he enjoys reading biographies and autobiographies. Mr. Abudu is happily married with children.

 

Engr. Muhammed Kassim Olatunde Balogun - Director

Engineer Muhammed Kassim Olatunde Balogun holds an MBA from Lagos Business School of Pan African University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and Bachelor of English (Hons) from federal university of Technology, Owerri he has over 15 years working experience in various capacities covering general management, customer service, manufacturing, after sales, sales/marketing, project and facilities management and industries like vehicle assembly plant, vehicle leadership, security company, fast food, banking and aviation sectors of the Nigerian Economy making him a fully rounded professional in both private and public sector.

He has had various positions of authority in all these establishments. In September 2007, he along with three of his classmates at the Lagos Business School and another colleague founded DOMME FACILITIES MANAGEMENT LIMITED one of the leading indigenous FM companies in Nigeria today. He is founding CEO of the company. Dome with other partners organized the first ever Africa Facility Management Show, Exhibition, Workshop and Award (AFM Show) in August 2010.

In February 2012, after the merger of Domme FM Ltd with WSP FMC Nigeria Limited, he was appointed the CEO of the company with effect from March 1, 2012, a position he still holds till date. He is happily married with children.

 

Mr. Doyin Adeyinka - Director

Mr. Adeyinka is a Director on the Board of the Company. He is also currently on the board of various other Companies which include Albvic Investments Limited, Domme Facilities Management Company and Summit Hotels Group. He is presently the Managing Director/CEO of Acorn Petroleum Plc.

Mr. Adeyinka holds an MBA from Lagos Business School and a Bachelors degree in Industrial Chemistry from the Federal University of Technology, Akure. He has also attended the Senior Executive Programme of the London Business School. A member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, he started his career with Texaco Nigeria Plc now Chevron Oil Plc and has had varied exposure in both upstream and downstream sectors of the industry in various positions at Zenon Petroleum and Gas Ltd., Honeywell Oil and Gas, Vigeo Farstad Shipping and Vigeo Ltd.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing Chess, reading books and watching football. Mr. Adeyinka is happily married with children.

 

Mr. Olaleye Adeniran Adeyinka - Director

Mr. Leye Adeyinka is a multi skilled finance professional with over 12 years of experience across broad spectrum of industries. He was responsible for the accounting, finance, taxation, corporate finance, treasury, and IT functions for Westcom Group, an emerging conglomerate with interest in Integrated Steel, cement and construction and real estate.

Prior to joining Westcom, Mr. Adeyinka spent over 8 years performing various roles in Arthur Andersen and then KPMG where he worked on several multi-disciplinary teams and collaborated with several KPMG offices including the Netherlands, India,& South Africa to deliver world class services to clients.

He is a graduate of combined honours in Computer Science and Economics (OAU, Ile ife) and an Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants.

He has attended several training programmes and conferences locally and internationally. Mr. Leye Adeyinka is happily married with children.

 

Mr. Olawale Bankole – Operations Director

Mr. Bankole is the Operations Director of the Company. He attended Baptist Boys High School and Abeokuta Grammar School, both in Abeokuta. He later attended the University of Lagos where he studied Chemical Engineering. He did his Youth Service with the Nigerian Bottling Company, Owerri plant, Imo State.

He joined Premier Paints Plc in January 2000, where he rose from Technical Executive to an Executive Director. He is also a director of several other Companies. He has attended various courses both locally and internationally. He has also supervised many projects while in premier Paints throughout his ten years working career.

Mr. Wale Bankole also possess a Professional Certificate in Project Management from Project Management College, UK. He is happily married with children.


Mrs. Uloma Umeano – Director

Mrs Uloma Umeano is an MBA degree holder from the prestigious Lagos Business School (Pan African University) and a Diploma holder from the Institution of Direct Marketing , Middlesex UK. She has studied Dramatic Arts as a first degree at the University of Nigeria. Nsukka and is also a CERTIFIED PRACTITIONER of NEURO LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING and is a member of the American (Board mouth- Dorset UK). Mrs Uloma Umeano specializes in helping business better serves their customers. She has worked in various markets including information and communications Technology (ICT),financial services, marketing and advertising, Publishing and non-profit system. She has held various positions of authority in the numerous establishment she has worked with. She was marketing manager, micro soft Nigeria /Ghana, Head of marketing and communications British council, Nigeria, General manager, Tec quite Direct, sales Rosabel Advertising Limited.

She is a facilitator in the FATE FOUNDATION and Founding Chairman of customer Service Practitioners Association (CUSPA). At present she is CEO Customer Centricity Ltd. She is happily married with children.

 

Alhaji, R.O. Yussuff – Director

Alhaji R.O. Yussuff is chairman of the Board of Directors of Trust Yields Security Ltd. He is a professional Banker and Chartered Stockbroker, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He has over Twenty-five (25) Years Capital Market experience which included being the:
a) Senior Area Manager, for the Ten Northern State (Icon Limited Merchant Bankers) 1979 to 1983.
b) Principal Dealing Clerk ICON Limited/ICON Stockbrokers from 1976 to 1986
c) Senior Manager, (Corporate Finance) Icon Limited (Merchant Bankers)
d) General Manager, (Corporate Banking) Eko International Bank Plc up to 1994
e) Managing Director of Ibile Holding Limited (Investment Company of Lagos), which is one of the largest portfolio management companies in the industry 1995-2101
f) Chairman Association Management companies in Nigeria 2009-2011
he brings to the board his wealth of experience in stockbroking, capital market operations, Investment Management, Banking & Other Financial Services.

He was an alumni of South-West College London and City of London Polytechnic (Now City of London University). He is married with children..

 

Dr. Banji Oyegbami – Director

Dr. Banji Oyegbami hold an MBSS with Distinction from the prestigious University of Ibadan College of Medicine. He also holds an MBA (Health Care Management) from Lagos State University and an MSMN from the institute of Strategic Management.
He has a wide experience as a Medical Doctor/Practitioner and have worked in many hospitals both government and private hospitals in various capacities of authority. He was house officer General Hospital Abeokuta, Youth Corp Doctor at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Umuachia, Abia State, Medical Officer County Hospital Limited Agege.
He is presently the chief Medical Director of Betta Hospital Limited, Agege, an hospital he founded and has successfully operated since 1981. He is chairman SAOF (Breast cancer Charity Foundation). He has to his credit, the honour/achievements of Best Science Student Award, FSS, Lagos 1972 and Distinction in pharmacology (University of Ibadan) 1975.

Dr. Banji Oyegbami is also a publisher and has to his credit the following publications – Transition from a woman to a mother (2008). The facts of life (2008) and Transition to Adulthood (in print). He is happily married with children.
